Runner/Messenger

The Runner/Messenger role involves collecting and delivering coffee samples, DHL files, and other documents within Addis Ababa. Key responsibilities include moving efficiently to collect stock lot, pre-shipment samples, and shipment samples from exporters' warehouses; following up and supervising the loading of coffee according to proper procedures; preparing and sharing stuffing reports and loading reports with the relevant team; delivering messages, letters, and packages; making payments to business providers (both government and private companies); and promptly informing supervisors of any issues encountered during duties. The role also requires performing additional tasks as requested by supervisors. The position demands strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.

Fresh graduate with a BA Degree in Logistics and Transportation or related fields; possession of a motorbike license or driving license; additional certificates are a plus; excellent communication skills; self-sufficient and self-motivated; ability to work independently and proactively; basic computer knowledge; team player; strong organizational skills; keen attention to detail; excellent knowledge of Amharic; good writing and verbal skills in English are a plus.
