Job Description
The Graduate Trainee Programme offers an 18-month structured development journey designed to accelerate professional growth through business immersion and exposure to MRM’s operations and value chain. Participants will undergo cross-functional rotations across key business functions, technical and functional skills development, and executive mentorship from experienced leaders. The programme includes leadership development, enterprise-wide projects, and hands-on experience delivering business improvements and measurable results. Upon successful completion, participants may secure career opportunities within the organization, subject to performance. The role involves working in a dynamic manufacturing environment and contributing to operational practices based on theoretical knowledge.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering. - University Graduate with a maximum of two years' post-university experience. - 28 years of age or below. - At least B+ in KCSE. - Strong academic record. - Demonstrated leadership potential and excellent communication skills. - Ability to comprehend operational practices based on theories and models. - Willingness to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
