PhD in Agricultural Economics, Economics, or a related field; minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in agricultural economics, economic research, or policy analysis; proven track record in conducting economic feasibility studies and developing financing models; strong quantitative and analytical skills with proficiency in econometric software (e.g., Stata, R, EViews); excellent report writing and presentation skills; familiarity with Kenya's agricultural sector and policy landscape; demonstrated leadership in managing research teams.
