Senior Accountant

CNS Group is seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to manage financial operations for their organization. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for preparing and reviewing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with precision and accuracy. Key responsibilities include managing the general ledger, performing reconciliations, and processing journal entries to ensure the integrity of financial data. The role involves overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to support strategic decision-making. Additionally, the Senior Accountant will monitor cash flow, accounts payable, and accounts receivable to maintain optimal liquidity and financial health. Tax compliance is a critical aspect, requiring the preparation and submission of tax returns and statutory filings in accordance with regulatory requirements. The position also entails ensuring compliance with financial regulations and industry standards, coordinating internal and external audits, and strengthening internal controls and financial systems. The Senior Accountant will provide comprehensive financial analysis and reports to senior management to guide business decisions. Supervisory duties may include guiding and mentoring junior accounting staff to foster professional growth and ensure team effectiveness.

- Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. - CPA certification (Mandatory). - Minimum 5+ years of relevant accounting experience. - Experience in Real Estate, Land, or Property-related accounting is preferred. - Strong knowledge of taxation, financial reporting standards, and compliance. - Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. - Strong analytical and financial management skills. - High integrity and ability to handle confidential information. - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
