We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Assistant Manager – Art Location: Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Role Summary Lead the development and execution of compelling visual communication across campaigns and digital platforms, ensuring creative excellence, brand consistency, and effective team delivery. Key Deliverables & Responsibilities Develop visual concepts, creative territories, mood boards, and campaign routes from briefs. Lead design execution across digital, social, print and other campaign touchpoints. Review and refine creative output to maintain strong design quality, visual consistency and brand standards. Collaborate with Content, Strategy, Account and Production teams to develop integrated campaigns. Direct relevant photoshoots, productions and creative executions where required. Guide, coach and review junior creatives while coordinating workload and delivery. Drive creative innovation through emerging design trends, technologies and AI-enabled tools. Support creative presentations, client reviews and delivery of projects within agreed timelines. Requirements & Competencies Strong art direction, graphic design, visualization and concept development skills. Creative, detail-oriented and commercially aware, with strong leadership, collaboration and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign; After Effects, Figma and AI tools Strong portfolio and 5+ years' relevant experience required. Application Closing Date 1st October, 2026.
