Branch Manager

The Branch Manager will be responsible for growing the customer base, deposits, financing book, and profitability in line with set targets. This role involves ensuring the liquidity position of the branch is maintained through advance planning at minimal cost, monitoring and controlling branch costs, and ensuring compliance with existing banking regulations. The Branch Manager must adhere to KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) norms at all times, ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures, and maintain a low-risk and audit rating for the branch. Additionally, the role includes coaching team members to proactively maximize opportunities, motivating staff to achieve branch goals, and chairing the Branch Management Financing Committee. The Branch Manager will provide exceptional customer service and lead a team to achieve branch objectives.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or any other related field; Minimum of 7 years of working experience in banking with intense background in Branch Management; Knowledge of branch banking operations; Comprehensive knowledge of Sharia bank products and services; Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently; Ability to mentor and lead a team; Ability to maximize utilization of resources; Ability to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions; Excellent written and communication skills; Excellent Relationship Management skills; Customer service oriented.
