Trainers – Construction Management
Job Description
KENCID is seeking experienced and qualified trainers to deliver construction management training programs aimed at shaping the next generation of creative professionals in the construction industry. The role involves developing and delivering comprehensive training modules, preparing instructional materials, and assessing trainees' progress through practical and theoretical assessments. Trainers will be responsible for ensuring that trainees gain hands-on experience with industry-relevant tools and software, including Archicad, SketchUp, Premiere Pro, and Adobe Creative Suite. The position requires a strong understanding of construction management principles and the ability to mentor and guide trainees effectively. Trainers will work in a dynamic educational environment, collaborating with other faculty members and industry partners to enhance the learning experience.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field; Teaching qualification preferred (DTTE/PGDE); Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience OR 3+ years of industry experience in construction management; Proficiency in relevant software tools such as Archicad, SketchUp, Premiere Pro, and Adobe Creative Suite; Excellent communication and presentation skills; Ability to develop and deliver engaging training sessions; Experience in curriculum development and assessment is an added advantage.
