• Design and execute digital and offline marketing campaigns to promote app downloads and user engagement. • Develop brand positioning and messaging consistent with company objectives. • Lead social media, influencer, and content marketing strategies to boost visibility and engagement. • Oversee advertising, PR, and promotional activities, including events and campaigns. • Collaborate with product and operations teams to ensure customer feedback influences product development. • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to adjust marketing strategies accordingly. • Develop and implement sales strategies to onboard merchants, vendors, and business partners across food delivery, ride-hailing, and e-commerce sectors. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase market share and app adoption. • Manage and lead sales representatives or field agents to meet performance targets. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, vendors, and local partners. • Negotiate contracts and partnership terms in alignment with company policies. • Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular sales forecasts and reports. • BA degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred). • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing preferably in the hospitality industry. • Proven experience in marketing, social media strategy, and marketing campaigns.
