Job Description
The Graduate Trainee Programme offers an 18-month structured development journey designed to accelerate professional growth through business immersion and exposure to Safal Group’s operations and value chain. The role involves cross-functional rotations across key business functions, technical and functional skills development, and executive mentorship from experienced leaders. Trainees will participate in leadership development initiatives, enterprise-wide projects, and hands-on experience delivering business improvements with measurable results. Upon successful completion of the programme, subject to performance, there are career opportunities within the organization. The role requires working in a dynamic manufacturing environment, with a focus on mechanical engineering principles and practices.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering; University Graduate with a maximum of two years' post-university experience; 28 years of age or below; At least B+ in KCSE; Strong academic record; Demonstrated leadership potential and excellent communication skills; Ability to comprehend operational practices based on theories and models; Willingness to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment
