Job Description
The Graduate Trainee Programme offers an 18-month structured development journey designed to accelerate professional growth through business immersion and exposure to MRM’s operations and value chain. Participants will undergo cross-functional rotations across key business functions, including finance, accounting, and audit, while developing technical and functional skills. The programme includes executive mentorship and coaching from experienced leaders, leadership development initiatives, and enterprise-wide projects. Trainees will gain hands-on experience delivering business improvements and measurable results, with potential career opportunities within the organization upon successful completion, subject to performance. The role requires working in a dynamic manufacturing environment and contributing to operational practices based on theoretical models.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related discipline; University Graduate with a maximum of two years' post-university experience; Maximum age of 28 years; At least B+ in KCSE; Strong academic record; Demonstrated leadership potential; Excellent communication skills; Ability to comprehend operational practices based on theories and models; Willingness to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
