Finance Officer
Job Description
The Finance Officer is a full-time on-site role responsible for managing the organization's financial health, including preparing financial statements and budgets. The position involves maintaining accurate financial records, developing financial policies, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The successful candidate will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support the mission of Bless The Children Ministries. Key responsibilities include preparing and analyzing financial statements, maintaining financial records, ensuring accurate financial reporting, managing the organization’s budget, developing financial policies, conducting financial analyses, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Effective communication and collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders are essential to supporting the organization’s financial health and mission.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably in a non-profit environment. Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
