Senior Data Associate - Health Tech Business Analysis

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Data Associate to join our Health Tech team, focusing on business analysis and data-driven decision-making. The role involves analyzing complex health technology datasets, identifying trends, and translating insights into actionable business strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and healthcare stakeholders, to bridge the gap between technical data and business objectives. Key responsibilities include designing and implementing data models, conducting performance analyses, and providing recommendations to improve health tech solutions. The position requires a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in data visualization tools, and the ability to communicate findings to non-technical audiences. This is a remote role, offering flexibility while contributing to impactful projects in the health technology sector.

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Health Informatics, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus. Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or health tech, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role. Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis; experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker. Strong understanding of health data standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR) and healthcare systems is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills to present complex data insights to stakeholders. Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) is a plus.
