• Identify, negotiate, and secure suitable office premises with required approvals. • Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and proper functioning of the office and staff residence. • Manage office supplies, furniture, and operational tools. • Open and oversee branch bank accounts in line with authorization policies. • Ensure proper branch visibility and branding through appropriate signage. • Request staffing needs through proper channels and support local recruitment. • Manage onboarding documentation, attendance, and performance monitoring. • Allocate working areas and set performance targets aligned with company policies. • Monitor staff discipline, conduct, and productivity. • Support staff development and recommend training needs. • Approve/recommend leave and manage grievances in line with HR policies. • Enforce company policies, code of conduct, and reporting hierarchy. • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in microfinance or branch-level financial operations. • Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills.
