• Receive and verify deliveries against orders. • Stock shelves and ensure that display areas are organized and clean. • Conduct regular stock checks and manage inventory to minimize expired stock. • Adhere to legal requirements, ethical standards, and company policies. • Ensure the pharmacy environment is safe for staff and customers by maintaining hygiene and safety standards. • Report any medication errors or safety concerns to the pharmacy manager or pharmacist immediately. • Certificate in Medicine Counter Assistant (MCA) recognized by the Pharmacy Council of Ghana • Valid registration and practicing license with the Pharmacy Council of Ghana • Minimum of 2 years’ post-qualification experience in community or retail pharmacy practice with multiple branches. • Experience in using an ERP system. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Attention to detail, organisation, and problem-solving skills • High level of proactivity and ability to follow through on assigned tasks • High sense of commitment, responsibility, and accountability • High integrity and ethical standards. • Collaborative and innovative work environment. • Competitive remuneration package.
