Job Description
The Team Lead for IT & Digital Banking Control is responsible for overseeing the implementation, management, and optimization of digital banking systems and IT infrastructure within the bank. This role involves leading a team of IT professionals to ensure the seamless operation of digital banking platforms, including mobile banking, internet banking, and core banking systems. Responsibilities include managing system upgrades, ensuring cybersecurity compliance, and driving digital transformation initiatives to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency. The position requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and strategic planning skills.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree is an advantage; 7+ years of experience in IT management, preferably in the banking sector; experience with digital banking systems and IT infrastructure; strong leadership and project management skills; knowledge of cybersecurity best practices; proficiency in IT governance frameworks such as COBIT or ITIL.
