• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Commercial Management, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred. • Minimum of eight years of experience in aftermarket sales, service operations, or business/technical management, preferably within mining, heavy equipment, or industrial services. • Demonstrated leadership experience managing multi-country operations and teams. • In-depth knowledge of parts, service, maintenance, rebuilds, service agreements, and aftermarket business models. • Strong commercial and financial acumen, proficient in budgeting, forecasting, P&L management, and reporting. • Skilled negotiator with proven ability in stakeholder management, customer relationship building, and market development. • Outstanding communication and collaboration skills to engage effectively with customers, teams, functions, and diverse cultures. • Self-driven, proactive, and capable of independent work while maintaining ownership of priorities and results. • Proficient in leveraging digital tools, data analytics, and AI responsibly to enhance decision-making and productivity.
