• Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS and local regulations. • Ensure accuracy of general ledger entries, reconciliations, and financial records. • Oversee statutory reporting and tax compliance, including VAT, PAYE, and corporate tax submissions. • Support external and internal audits, ensuring timely provision of documentation and compliance with audit requirements. • Utilize SAP for financial reporting, reconciliations, and system-based controls. • Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with financial policies. • Streamline accounting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy. • Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification. • ZICTA accredited. • Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a senior role. • Strong proficiency in SAP financial modules. • Proven experience in payroll administration. • In-depth knowledge of IFRS, Zambian tax laws, and regulatory compliance. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial tools. • High attention to detail and accuracy.
