Branch Manager – Town Office

The Branch Manager – Town Office will be responsible for driving revenue growth in the targeted business area within the Metropolis region. This role involves managing intermediary relationships, including brokers, banks, and independent agents, to deliver targeted premium outputs across all subsidiaries of CIC Insurance Group. The position requires providing leadership and support to the staff, sales, and marketing teams by implementing corporate strategies through training and motivation to achieve organizational objectives. The Branch Manager will also organize and represent the company in relevant forums such as cooperative societies' AGMs, leaders' meetings, and seminars to conduct business promotions in liaison with PR staff. Additionally, the role includes pipeline business management, quotation processing, and transmitting them to stakeholders. The position demands a customer-centric focus, efficient resource utilization, and maintaining strong stakeholder value to enhance visibility and presence in the Metropolis region.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, or a related field; Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in insurance, financial services, or a related industry; Proven track record in sales and business development, particularly in managing intermediary relationships (brokers, banks, agents); Strong leadership and team management skills; Excellent communication and negotiation abilities; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Knowledge of insurance products and regulatory frameworks in Kenya; Ability to work under pressure and meet targets; Willingness to travel within the region as required.
