Experience: At Least 3 Years Of Practical Farm Management Experience, Preferably In A Mixed Farming Or Livestock-Focused Operation. Those With Strong Hands-On Experience In Livestock Production, Animal Feeding, Fodder Production, And General Farm Operations Will Be Considered Even Where Formal Qualifications Are Limited. Practical Knowledge And Experience In Both Crop/Agricultural And Livestock Production. Duties: Manage Daily Farm Operations And Improve Overall Farm Efficiency And Productivity. Oversee Livestock Health, Feeding, Breeding, And General Animal Husbandry. Plan And Manage Animal Feed And Fodder Production, Including Pasture And Forage Management. Coordinate Farm Workers And Ensure Proper Use Of Farm Resources And Equipment. Maintain Farm Records, Monitor Production, And Support Cost-Effective Farm Management. Ensure Good Agricultural, Livestock, And Farm Safety Practices Are Followed.
