Primary duties include managing front desk operations, greeting and directing patients to appropriate departments, handling phone inquiries, scheduling appointments, and maintaining patient records. The role requires providing exceptional customer service with a warm, compassionate, and patient-centered approach. Receptionists will coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth patient flow and support the delivery of high-quality healthcare services. Experience with Hospital Information Systems (HIS), Electronic Medical Records (EMR), or appointment management systems is highly desirable.

Bachelor's Degree in Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Health Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field; Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Reception Officer, Front Desk Officer, Customer Service Officer, or similar role in a hospital, medical center, hotel, airline, or premium customer service environment; Experience using Hospital Information Systems (HIS), Electronic Medical Records (EMR), or appointment management systems is highly desirable; Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred; Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills; Warm, compassionate, and patient-centered approach; Strong judgment and ability to remain composed under pressure; High standards of hospitality etiquette and customer service; Fluency in English; Additional language skills are an advantage.
