• Minimum 10-15 years’ experience in accommodation, facilities, or property management • Experience in infrastructure construction or maintenance of housing projects is an advantage • Professional certifications in Project Management are desirable • Proficiency in relevant software applications for facilities management and reporting. • Strong background in construction management, with the ability to oversee various projects from planning to completion. • Demonstrated expertise in risk assessment, incident investigation, and emergency response planning. • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering or related field. • Full grade 12 school certificate with a minimum of 5 passes • All results need to be certified by ZAQA
