Accounts and Finance Manager

Accounts & Finance Manager wanted at Bond Star Limited, Manufacturer of Tile Adhesives located in Kiwenda – Wakiso and Luba Properties Limited, sister company. The role involves overseeing financial operations and management, ensuring fiscal accountability, and monitoring trade margins for distributors. Key responsibilities include timely collections from distributors and business partners, making revenue projections on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis, and ensuring compliance with Uganda's taxation laws. The position requires knowledge of manufacturing accountancy, payables, receivables, and inventory accounting. The role is based at the company's locations in Kiwenda – Wakiso and is part of a sister company structure with Luba Properties Limited.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce (majoring in Finance and Accounting), or Economics; CPA & ACCA certification; commercial experience in financial operations and management with ability to monitor fiscal accountability; experience in determining trade margins for distributors; ability to make revenue projections on weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis; knowledge of Ugandan taxation laws; knowledge of manufacturing accountancy; knowledge of payables, receivables, and inventory accounting; postgraduate qualifications in Business Administration is an added advantage.
