Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Amharic language teacher to join our educational team at Zoma Museum PLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, preparing, and delivering high-quality Amharic language lessons to students of varying proficiency levels. This includes developing engaging lesson plans, conducting interactive classroom activities, and assessing student progress through regular evaluations. The teacher will also foster a supportive learning environment that encourages cultural appreciation and language proficiency. Collaboration with other educators to integrate Amharic language and culture into broader educational programs is expected.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Amharic Language, Education, or a related field; minimum of 2 years of teaching experience; strong proficiency in Amharic and English; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to create engaging lesson plans; familiarity with modern teaching methodologies; certification in teaching (e.g., TTC) is a plus.
