Guidance and Counselor

Oversee and manage the technical operations of medical equipment importation, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and hospital requirements. Lead a team responsible for evaluating, procuring, and installing medical devices and technology. Coordinate with international suppliers, customs authorities, and internal departments to streamline the import process. Ensure all imported equipment meets quality and safety standards before deployment in clinical settings. Develop and implement policies for equipment maintenance and lifecycle management.

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or related field; Minimum of 5 years of experience in import/export operations, preferably in the healthcare sector; Strong knowledge of customs regulations and international trade laws; Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems; Excellent negotiation and communication skills; Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines; Fluent in English; Additional language skills are a plus.
