• Supply and sell BB Bakery bread and other products to customers on assigned routes. • Actively market and promote BB Bakery products while out on supply. • Work towards agreed sales and revenue targets. • Build strong relationships with existing customers and provide excellent customer service. • Identify and approach new shops, businesses and potential customers. • Look for opportunities to increase orders from existing customers. • Help develop existing routes and identify opportunities for new supply routes. • Gather customer feedback and information about demand and market opportunities. • Take responsibility for products issued for the supply route. • Maintain accurate records of products supplied, sold and returned. • Follow agreed procedures for customer payments and revenue collection. • Ensure money collected is accurately recorded and handed over in line with bakery procedures. • Support the prompt follow-up and collection of outstanding customer payments. • Accurately account for stock, returns and money at the end of each supply period. • Immediately report any discrepancies or concerns.
