Relationship Manager: Corporate Banking

We seek a Relationship Manager to manage corporate client relationships, acquire new business, meet lending and revenue targets, and ensure compliance with credit, risk, and regulatory standards. The role involves managing and growing corporate client relationships, acquiring new clients, expanding lending and deposit portfolios, and cross-selling banking products and services. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for achieving loan, deposit, net interest income (NII), and fee income targets, monitoring portfolio performance and credit quality, supporting credit application and documentation processes, and ensuring AML/KYC and regulatory compliance. Additionally, the role includes conducting client visits and collateral inspections.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant business field. MBA (Finance/Marketing). Minimum 3 years experience at the same role. Strong financial analysis, communication, and relationship management skills. Knowledge of banking regulations, compliance, and risk management.
