Revenue Collectors

The Revenue Collector will be responsible for collecting municipal taxes, fees, and levies to strengthen the Council's revenue collection system and improve overall revenue performance within the municipality. Primary duties include visiting residential and commercial properties to collect payments, issuing receipts, maintaining accurate records of all transactions, and providing excellent customer service to taxpayers. The role requires interaction with the public, businesses, and local government officials to ensure compliance with municipal revenue regulations. Revenue Collectors must adhere to ethical standards, maintain confidentiality of taxpayer information, and report any irregularities or non-compliance to the appropriate authorities.
