• Prepare design brief and deliverable output. • Gather and collect design requirements for new constructions, alterations or repairs • Prepare schematic floor layout with mood-board & style-scape • Prepare architecture design based on design requirements. • Prepare construction documentation and interior rendering • Prepare material schedule and bill of quantity • Control project from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative and functional design • Utilize computer applications in the design process. • Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations • Make on site visits to check on project status and report on project • Follow architectural trends and advancement • Submit architectural designs to management and clients for review and approval. • Provide construction, time, cost, machineries, and other specifications to management. • Manage, support and guide designers involved in preparing drawings. • Review design requirements and determine best design options for building project.
