Casual Host/Hostess (On-Call)

Our client is seeking to recruit friendly, professional, and customer-oriented Casual Hosts/Hostesses (On-Call) to join an on-call staff pool supporting events, functions, and various venues as needed. Successful candidates will be contacted when shifts become available and may accept assignments based on their availability while creating a warm and professional first impression for guests. The role involves welcoming and seating guests with professionalism and courtesy, managing reservations and waitlists where applicable, directing guests, and coordinating with waitstaff and management to ensure smooth floor operations. Additionally, the Host/Hostess will respond to guest inquiries and resolve minor concerns professionally in a fast-paced environment.

Must be 18 years or older. Available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Previous hosting or front-of-house experience is preferred but not mandatory. Well-presented, friendly, and confident communicator. Able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
