Education Advisor - Online Learning

Provides strategic guidance and support for the development and implementation of online learning programs. Advises on curriculum design, digital pedagogy, and educational technology integration to enhance learning outcomes. Collaborates with instructional designers, content developers, and IT teams to ensure alignment with educational standards and organizational goals. Monitors and evaluates the effectiveness of online learning initiatives, recommending improvements based on data analysis and feedback. Acts as a liaison between academic departments and technology teams to facilitate seamless delivery of digital education solutions. Ensures compliance with relevant educational regulations and accreditation standards.

Master’s degree in Education, Educational Technology, or a related field; minimum of 5 years of experience in online learning program development or educational advisory roles; strong knowledge of digital learning platforms and tools (e.g., Moodle, Blackboard, Canvas); experience in curriculum design and instructional design; familiarity with learning management systems and educational technology standards; excellent communication and project management skills; ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
