TSF Supervisor

Provide on-the-job training to site personnel, where appropriate. Ensure all TSF (Tailings Storage Facility) construction, operation, and management activities are conducted in compliance with environmental, safety, and regulatory standards. Supervise and coordinate the activities of site personnel involved in tailings management, including monitoring, maintenance, and emergency response procedures. Collaborate with engineering and environmental teams to implement best practices for tailings storage and disposal. Oversee the implementation of training programs to ensure personnel are competent in tailings management procedures and safety protocols. Ensure all activities align with the company's sustainability and environmental management policies.

Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or Science, in a discipline relevant to tailings science, engineering and management (e.g., Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering); Experience in tailings storage facility management or related fields; Knowledge of environmental regulations and safety standards for tailings management; Strong leadership and training skills to provide on-the-job training to site personnel; Ability to work in remote or challenging environments; Proficiency in relevant software tools for environmental and engineering management (if applicable).
