We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Quality Assurance Engineer to join our dynamic team at Inventions Technologies Co. Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust quality assurance processes to ensure the highest standards of software products and services. Key responsibilities include developing and executing comprehensive test plans, identifying and documenting software defects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices. The role involves both manual and automated testing, with a focus on improving product quality and user experience. You will also be expected to analyze test results, provide detailed reports, and recommend improvements to development processes. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering high-quality software solutions.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance or testing; Proficiency in test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, JIRA, TestNG); Strong knowledge of manual testing techniques and methodologies; Experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript; Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes; Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; Strong communication and teamwork abilities; ISTQB or other relevant QA certifications are a plus.
