Project Inspection Coordinator

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Inspection Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating inspection activities, ensuring compliance with established protocols, and maintaining accurate documentation of inspection results. Key responsibilities include: - Planning and scheduling inspection activities in alignment with project timelines. - Conducting on-site inspections to verify compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. - Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to address inspection findings and implement corrective actions. - Maintaining detailed records of inspections, including reports, photographs, and supporting documentation. - Identifying potential risks or deviations from project plans and proposing mitigation strategies. - Ensuring that all inspection activities adhere to industry best practices and company policies. - Assisting in the preparation of audit reports and presentations for senior management. - Providing guidance and support to field teams to ensure adherence to quality control measures. - Staying updated on relevant industry regulations, standards, and technological advancements. - Performing any other duties as assigned by the Project Manager or relevant authority.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quality Assurance, or a related field. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in project inspection, quality control, or a related role within the construction, infrastructure, or engineering sector. - Strong knowledge of project management principles, safety regulations, and compliance standards (e.g., ISO, OSHA, or local regulatory frameworks). - Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. - Proficiency in using inspection tools, software, and documentation systems (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project, or similar). - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. - Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. - Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment. - Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed. - Certification in quality control, safety management, or a related field is a plus.
