• Undertakes effectively the acquisition, installation, configuration and upgrading of software in order to meet end user requirements. • Undertakes timely the development of management information systems in order to facilitate storage and retrieval of data. • Undertakes regularly the maintenance of management information systems in order to ensure effective operations. • Undertakes timely the provision of technical support to end users in order to identify and resolve faults. • Undertakes timely the coordination of review of information management systems in order to facilitate improvements. • Supervises effectively the development of work plans and implementation of the performance management system in order to monitor, evaluate and enhance performance. • Supervises effectively human and other resources in order to facilitate attainment of set objectives. • Full Form V/Grade 12 School certificate • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or its equivalent • Certification in MCSE/ERP • Member of the Information and Communication Technology Association of Zambia • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience • Able to write technical report • Able to communicate effectively in English • Interpersonal skills
