• Maintain accurate books of accounts for multiple clients. • Record daily financial transactions using “Tally ERP” . • Prepare monthly management accounts and financial statements. • Perform bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny. • Assist in VAT, PAYE, RSSB, and other statutory filings. • Support audit assignments by preparing schedules and working papers. • Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable. • Assist in payroll processing and compliance matters. • Ensure compliance with Rwanda tax regulations and accounting standards. • Provide general accounting and administrative support to the audit team. • Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field. • Minimum 3 years of progressive accounting experience. • Strong practical knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting procedures. • Mandatory hands-on experience in Tally ERP. • Experience working in an audit firm or handling multiple company accounts is preferred.
