Assist with equipment testing, preparation, basic operation, and demonstrations. JOB TITLE LABORATORY TECHNICIAN INTERN NATURE OF JOB FULL TIME INDUSTRY MEDICAL EQUIPMENT & LABORATORY SUPPLIES SALARY KSHS.20,000 PLUS COMMISSIONS JOB LOCATION EASTERN BYPASS (RUAI) DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Laboratory & Technical Support · Assist with equipment testing, preparation, basic operation, and demonstrations. · Support installation, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting under supervision. · Conduct pre-delivery equipment checks. · Assist with technical documentation and product specifications. Product & Customer Support · Understand the company's medical, laboratory, and scientific equipment portfolio. · Assist customers in understanding product features and applications. · Participate in demonstrations at hospitals, laboratories, clinics, research institutions, and other facilities. · Respond to basic technical/product inquiries and escalate complex matters. Order & Delivery Support · Assist in coordinating equipment preparation and delivery. · Confirm that products supplied match customer specifications. · Support customer handover and basic product orientation. · Maintain records of leads, quotations, orders, deliveries, and customer follow-ups.
