• Assist with recruitment activities, including posting vacancies, screening applications, • scheduling interviews, and coordinating feedback. • Support onboarding of new employees, including document collection, orientation, and induction arrangements. • Maintain accurate employee records and HR files, both physical and digital. • Prepare and issue HR letters, contracts, confirmations, warnings, and other employee correspondence as directed. • Respond to basic employee HR queries in a professional and confidential manner. • Support attendance tracking, leave administration, and benefits-related processes. • Assist in organizing training sessions, employee engagement activities, and HR meetings. • Help ensure compliance with company HR policies, procedures, and applicable employment laws. • Support exit processes, including clearance and exit interview coordination. • Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned. • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration,Social Sciences, or a related field. • At least 2–4 years of relevant HR or administrative experience. • Good knowledge of Kenyan employment law and HR best practice. • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word and Excel.
