• Lead financial strategy aligned to the Hospital’s strategic plan. • Advise the CEO and Board on strategic, commercial and investment decisions. • Lead capital allocation, mergers, partnerships, expansion and major investments. • Provide forward-looking financial analysis and scenario planning. • Develop business cases for strategic initiatives. • Support Board decision-making through predictive analytics and commercial insights. • Identify emerging risks and opportunities. • Maintain productive relationships with the Board, regulators, auditors, banks, insurers, development partners and key external stakeholders. • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or Economics. • MBA or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field. • CPA(K) with current ICPAK membership. ACCA, ACA, CIMA and/or CFA are preferred. • Minimum 15 years’ progressive finance leadership with at least 7 years in executive leadership. • Healthcare finance, digital transformation, treasury and Board reporting experience strongly preferred. • Strategic leadership with commercial acumen • Strong Enterprise performance management and corporate governance
