Tupande Digital Marketing Coordinator (Fixed-Term)

This role ensures that farmers know Tupande and the products & services we offer through various digital channels, which helps the business convert them into customers. The coordinator will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure consistent brand messaging and effective marketing campaigns. Key responsibilities include creating engaging content in collaboration with Design, Field Comms, and content creators to drive online audience interaction and desired actions. The role involves researching and promoting innovative ways and platforms to reach the target audience while maximizing ROI and SROI. The coordinator will develop trackers to monitor key performance indicators, draft stepback reports analyzing campaign performance, and create monthly sentiment and progress reports highlighting farmer feedback online. Additionally, the role includes developing the organic digital marketing calendar in conjunction with Global Communications and Field Teams, and executing program-specific digital projects based on country program goals. Collaboration with department stakeholders ensures content alignment with the organizational calendar, and working with external stakeholders guarantees timely and concise achievement of key objectives.

Deep understanding of digital marketing and social media behaviors in Kenyans across different regions; proficiency in Google Suite, Meta Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Twitter Ads, LinkedIn Ads; strong analytical skills; creative eye; ads reporting and iteration skills; ability to develop and maintain digital advertising calendars; experience in end-to-end paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and other platforms; research and innovation in marketing strategies; project management skills; ability to develop trackers and reports for campaign performance analysis.
