Competence with design and modeling tools (e.g., PV design software, CAD, or similar applications). • Technical sales skills, including client needs assessment, proposal preparation, and solution presentation. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Detail-oriented approach, strong problem-solving abilities, and capacity to work on-site in a dynamic environment. Relevant degree or diploma in electrical engineering, renewable energy engineering, or a related field. Familiarity with local electrical codes, safety standards, and industry best practices in solar installations.
