• Responding to ad-hoc maintenance and repair requests, including fixing leaks; plumbing, electrical faults, door locks and tiles. • Performing building checks, give support and provide technical guidance to Maintenance team as they work. • Advice on the selection, procurement of materials required for a plumbing installation and building repairs. • Maintain all inventory and equipment, and ensure proper storage. • Comply with all health and safety regulations and practices in the hotel. • To support and share best practice with other Maintenance personnel within the group • Always keep an eye out for improvements – follow the preventative maintenance calendar and keep everything working and efficient at all times • Ensuring that facilities, such as water and heating and lifts, are well-maintained • To be available for any emergencies and preserve the building and its systems during the emergency and Ensure all guests and colleagues are safe during emergencies. • Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
