Job Description
This role involves training in areas of specialization aligned with the syllabus for Catering and Hospitality Management. The Instructor III will prepare teaching and learning materials, including schemes of work, set and administer examinations and assignments, and conduct research under the guidance of senior trainers. The position also includes supervising trainees’ projects and practical work, ensuring hands-on experience in food and beverage production, accommodation management, and hospitality operations. The role requires adherence to curriculum standards and may involve collaboration with industry partners to enhance training relevance.
Requirements
For appointment to this grade, a candidate must have:- - A Diploma in Technical Education in the relevant field from a recognized institution; OR - Diploma in any of the following fields: - For Instructor III- Catering and Hospitality Management, the fields are: - Catering & Hospitality Management, Catering and Accommodation Management, Hotel and Hospitality Management or Food and Beverage Production
