• Oversee day-to-day activities of security guards • Investigate security incidents, report risks and implement corrective actions • Supervise, schedule and support security personnel • Conduct boundary inspections and report encroachments • Maintain secure company boundaries and security records • Communicate management directives and perform duties as assigned by the Security Manager • ‘A’ level certificate with past experience in security role, preferably ex-soldier or ex-police officer • Ability to enforce compliance and maintain discipline • At least two years’ experience in the same role, preferably with supervisory responsibilities • High level of integrity, professionalism and confidentiality • Proficiency in documentation, reporting and use of digital tools for monitoring
