Mgr. Finance - EH

Ethiopian Skylight Hotel is seeking a qualified Finance Manager to oversee financial operations and ensure fiscal health. The role involves managing accounting systems, preparing financial statements, budgeting, and financial reporting. The Finance Manager will supervise a finance team, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and provide strategic financial advice to senior management. Key responsibilities include overseeing payroll, managing cash flow, conducting financial audits, and implementing cost-control measures. The position requires strong leadership skills to guide the finance department and collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: - A Minimum of BA Degree in Accounting/ Account and finance/ Accounting information system/ or related field of study from a recognized University/ College with a minimum of 9 years Hotel/relevant experience, out of which a minimum of two years in a supervisor or equivalent capacity. OR - MA Degree in Accounting/ Account and finance/ Accounting information system or related field of studies from a recognized University/ College with a minimum of 7 years Hotel/relevant experience, out of which a minimum of two years in a supervisor or equivalent capacity. LANGUAGE - Knowledge of ET working language English is mandatory. Skills Required: - Accounting / Finance
