The Senior Management Information System Officer is responsible for supporting the development, implementation, maintenance, and optimization of management information systems to ensure the availability of accurate, timely, and reliable information for business operations and decision-making. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify system requirements, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring the seamless integration of information systems with banking operations. The officer will also be expected to provide strategic recommendations to enhance system performance and support data-driven decision-making processes within the bank.

Requirements

BSc in Computer Science or Information Systems (IS); 3 years as Management Information System Officer or equivalent, or 6 years of relevant experience in the banking industry; 2 years as Senior Management Information System Officer or equivalent, or 7 years of relevant experience; Skills in Computer/Software/IT/Data
