• Supervise and coordinate on-site construction activities for solar PV projects. • Manage installation teams, subcontractors, and site staff to ensure timely project delivery. • Monitor adherence to project plans, technical drawings, and engineering specifications. • Enforce compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. • Conduct daily site inspections, progress reporting, and issue resolution. • Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure smooth communication. • Oversee material deliveries, equipment usage, and site logistics. • Maintain accurate records of site activities, including work schedules and quality checks. • Provide technical guidance and support to installation teams. • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to required quality standards. • Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field. • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in construction supervision, preferably in renewable energy or electrical projects. • Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, construction processes, and safety regulations. • Proven ability to manage teams and coordinate multi-disciplinary site activities. • Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
