• Develop and implement the Manufacturing Sector Strategic Plan aligned with the Gift Group’s corporate strategy. • Lead long-term industrial expansion and diversification initiatives. • Identify new manufacturing investment opportunities. • Develop annual and five-year manufacturing development plans. • Advise the CEO and the corporate management on industrial development priorities. • Drive manufacturing transformation and modernization initiatives. • Promote innovation, automation, and digital manufacturing technologies. • Establish manufacturing policies, systems, and governance frameworks. • Lead strategic decision-making regarding new factories and industrial investments. • Provide executive oversight to all operational manufacturing plants. • Ensure uninterrupted factory operations. • Insist and support the team under supervision to maximize production capacity utilization. • Improve operational efficiency and productivity. • Ensure optimal utilization of machinery, equipment, and manpower. • Monitor production performance against approved KPIs.
