⢠Job Responsibilities HIV Testing Coordinates the implementation of HIV Testing Services among target populations in order to facilitate timely linkage to treatment. ⢠Prevention Programs Coordinates HIV prevention interventions (including PrEP, PEP, condom distribution, male circumcision, and behaviour change communication) in order to reduce new infections. ⢠Treatment Support & Retention Coordinates community-based support for HIV-positive clients to improve adherence and long-term retention in care. ⢠Capacity Building Coordinates training and mentorship of community volunteers, peer educators, and facility staff in order to impart knowledge and skills. ⢠Bachelor of Science in Public Health, Community Development, or equivalent. ⢠At least three (3) years of relevant experience in HIV prevention or community health programs. ⢠Ability to prepare comprehensive reports. ⢠Ability to communicate effectively in English and local languages. ⢠Certified copies of academic and professional qualifications, verified by the Zambia Qualifications Authority (ZAQA). ⢠Certified copy of National Registration Card (NRC).
