Branch Field Investigation Officer

Conduct on-site visits to the residential and business addresses of loan applicants to verify the personal and financial information provided in loan applications. Prepare detailed field investigation reports documenting findings, observations, and recommendations based on interviews, site visits, and document verification. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards during all field investigations. Collaborate with internal teams to address discrepancies or red flags identified during the investigation process. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while interacting with applicants and third parties. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Operations Manager or relevant authority.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related discipline); 5-10 years of relevant work experience in field investigations, loan verification, or related roles; Strong attention to detail and analytical skills; Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; Proficiency in report writing and documentation; Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently; Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards; Valid driver's license and reliable means of transportation; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Fluency in English and Swahili (written and verbal); Prior experience in the financial services sector is an added advantage.
