The Study Coordinator will oversee the operational aspects of the PHOTON Trial, a critical medical research initiative conducted by the National Institute for Medical Research (NIMR) in collaboration with the Ministry of Health. Key responsibilities include coordinating trial activities, managing research staff, ensuring compliance with ethical and regulatory standards, and maintaining accurate documentation. The role involves liaising with investigators, participants, and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth trial execution. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Medicine, Public Health, Nursing, or a related field; Minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical research or medical coordination; Strong knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines; Excellent organizational and communication skills; Proficiency in data management software and Microsoft Office Suite; Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously; Fluency in English and Swahili.
